Luna is not an "Ulfric" nor will she become one. In fact, most of what is listed will not be used when she is aligned with a pack unless the Ulfric asks it of her.
Luna is one of the rare kinds of werewolves in that she has three other forms she is capable of changing into under the influence of the Full Moon or on her own accord.
Dire Wolf (most common)
Four legged lovable furball, Luna's fur matches her hair. Dark chestnut, sometimes mistaken for black. Her eyes are usually yellow in color, but turn amber when going into berserker mode. She is over twice the normal size of a regular wolf in this form. This is the form she most commonly is seen in particularly under nights of the full moon.
Wolf-Man (rare)
Usually occurs under heightened stress, her hair becomes bushier and her teeth more canine-like. Her eyes resort to the amber color of her wolf form and ears become pointed/more pronounced.
Full Werewolf/Beast Mode (rare)
A transition Luna can make painlessly and even without tearing her clothing. While she has control of herself in this form, she is more likely to go into a berserker mode.
Being a werewolf, of course, has it's pros and cons. There is a gift seldomly spoken of known as Rage. This "gift" allows them to do amazing things, but comes at a cost if it is not maintained. Luna achieves this typically once a month, timing it around the full moon. She goes on aggressive hunts to release the Rage in small amounts. If too much builds up, this can lead to her full werewolf form transition and going into berserker mode.
Berserker mode is the most dangerous of the "gift." It gives new meaning to the bottle exploding when bottling up your emotions. Essentially, Luna loses all sense of self-control and no one - not even allies - are safe from her wrath. Until all the "rage" has been spent.
